Miyano Mamoru, the renowned voice actor, singer, and entertainer, has announced that he will cease posting on Ameba Blog as of June 7, 2025. The decision comes alongside the launch of a major new fan club site called “MAMO LINK,” where he plans to share his feelings and thoughts directly with fans.

Miyano Mamoru is widely recognized as the voice behind iconic characters such as Yagami Light from DEATH NOTE, Setsuna F. Seiei from Mobile Suit Gundam 00, and Okabe Rintaro from STEINS;GATE. He made his music debut in 2008 and has since expanded into live-action television dramas including Hanzawa Naoki, the NHK drama series Ranman, and the stage play Dokuro-jo no Shichinin.
Regarding the new “MAMO LINK” platform, Miyano explained the name by saying: “I chose this name because I want to connect (link) with everyone on a deeper level,” and added that the space will not be a general diary, but rather a place to talk and share feelings in real time — actively interacting and exchanging thoughts with fans directly.

The news has been widely discussed across social media. Some fans expressed a touch of sadness at the beloved blog coming to an end — comments such as “I’ve followed his blog since he posted every day, I’m a little sad,” and “Thank you for posting for so long!” were posted.
