The musical 「ペコポン侵略ミュージカル『ケロロ軍曹』」(Pekopon Shinryaku Musical “Keroro Gunsou”), adapted from the original manga by Yoshizaki Mine, has announced 12 additional cast members and officially unveiled character visuals for all five members of the Keroro Platoon.

Schedule and Creative Team

The musical will run from September 18–27, 2026 at Nippon Seinenkan Hall in Tokyo. Kawajiri Keta of the theater company SUGARBOY serves as playwright and director, with original music composed by Yu (vague).

Newly Announced Cast Members

The newly confirmed cast members are as follows:

• Noguchi Jun — as Hinata Fuyuki, an occult-obsessed boy who becomes Sergeant Keroro’s “friend”
• Sato Yuria — as Hinata Natsumi, Fuyuki’s older sister
• Tanda Hazuki — as Nishizawa Momoka, the heiress of a wealthy family who has feelings for Fuyuki
• Yamane Kokai — as Saburo, a boy with a mysterious aura
• Sonohara Arisa — as Higashitani Koyuki, a female ninja warrior from the village of Oshino
• Tsukimi no Aya — as Angelo Moa, from the Angelo tribe
• Ogo Seshiru — as Hinata Aki, the mother of the Hinata household (appears via video)

Five additional cast members whose roles have not yet been disclosed are: Tominaga Yuya, Nakagawa Tsukimidori, Tsuji Ryoshiro, Matsuda Gaku, and Matsui Kenta.

Keroro Platoon Cast and Comments

Alongside the reveal of character visuals for all five members of the Keroro Platoon, each cast member shared a message for the fans:

Tamura Shogo (as Sergeant Keroro)

I never imagined I’d be cast in this role. As a kid, I watched the Keroro Gunsou anime every single week — the warm everyday life at the Hinata household, the wild chaos, the friendships, and the fierce battles. Now that I’m bringing this story to the stage, it feels like something incredibly exciting. With this cast, I’m absolutely certain it will be the best it can possibly be. Look forward to the opening at Nippon Seinenkan Hall! であります!!!

Otomo Shion (as Private Tamama)

Hello everyone! When I got this news, I was already deep in my Keroro Gunsou obsession — I’m so happy. I’m a little nervous about how I’ll pull off this show on stage, but with this cast, I’m sure it’ll be a blast! See you at the theater!

Kusaji Riyono (as Corporal Giroro)

After the announcement, I could feel just how much fans love this work. I’m both thrilled and deeply aware of the responsibility. I promise everyone who comes will leave with a smile and say, “It was so worth it.”

Okayama Haruki (as Sergeant Major Kululu)

I’m so excited to be in this musical! Kululu is such a distinctive, personality-packed character — I’m really curious what kind of chemistry will ignite on stage. The hints suggest that a role like this with “Harujan” will come out absolutely fantastic (laughs). Come experience the world of Keroro Gunsou at the theater with us!

Tamura Kokoro (as Master Sergeant Dororo)

Hello to all Pekoponians! I’ve watched Keroro Gunsou since childhood and sang songs from this series with my friends all the time. I’m overjoyed to be part of a work I love so deeply — and even more so to play Dororo, the kind-hearted warrior who loves nature, with all his endearing sadness and the easily triggered “emotional scars.” I love every side of Dororo. I’ll pour everything I have into bringing him to life, and I ask you — don’t forget Dororo!!! (laughs)

Special Activities for Audiences

The organizers have also announced special in-theater events, including:

• Five minutes before each performance, cast members will take turns making rotating announcements per show.
• On September 18 (6:30 p.m.), September 23 (1:00 p.m.), and September 26 (6:00 p.m.), there will be a “Photo Session” during the curtain call with all cast members on stage.
• On September 25 (1:00 p.m.), an after-talk event “ケロロ小隊作戦会議” will be held, featuring the five Keroro Platoon cast members together with director Kawajiri.
• On September 20 (6:00 p.m.) and September 24 (6:30 p.m.), there will be a special curtain call “Special Curtain Call ～大共鳴会♪ Sing Together! Cheer All You Want!～”
