The official X/Twitter account for the One Piece anime released a trailer and announced voice cast members for the Knights of God, who will appear in the upcoming Elbaph arc.

Kenjirō Tsuda was previously confirmed as Shamrock, while Yūichi Nakamura voices Loki.
Theme Songs
For this arc, singer Aina The End performs the opening theme “Luminous”, while rock band 36km/h performs the ending theme “Sono Mirai” (“That Future”).
New Broadcast Schedule and the Elbaph Arc
On October 28, Toei Animation and One Piece anime producer Ryūta Koike announced that from 2026 onward, the anime will reduce its annual episode count to a maximum of 26 episodes. After the Egghead arc ends, production will pause for three months from January to March 2026, before the Elbaph arc officially begins airing in April 2026.
Toei Animation said the new schedule will allow each episode to “present more of the manga’s content, pacing, and story progression while also making use of storytelling appeal unique to animation.” It is a major shift for the anime, which has aired almost every week since its debut in 1999.
Background on the Egghead Arc
The Egghead arc began airing in January 2024. In mid-October 2024, the franchise announced a break to “recharge” before returning in April 2025. The first episode of Part 2, episode 1,123 overall, aired on Fuji TV on April 5, 2025, along with a Part 1 recap. The second episode, episode 1,124 overall, aired on April 6, 2025, in the new 11:15 p.m. Japan time slot.
During the Egghead break, Fuji TV aired One Piece Log: Fish-Man Island Saga, a 21-episode shortened version of the Fish-Man Island arc with newly filmed scenes, improved artwork, and many other revisions.
