RetroCrush, Cineverse’s free classic anime streaming service, has announced it will bring the Medabots (メダボッツ) anime to its FAST (Free Ad-Supported Television) channel on June 7 of this month. RetroCrush’s FAST channel first launched through the STIRR service back in July 2020.
About Medabots
The Medabots anime is adapted from the first Medarot video game, produced by studio Bee Train as a TV series in 1999, followed by a sequel series Medarot Damashii (also known as Medabots Spirits) in 2000.
In North America, ADV Films licensed the series while Nelvana handled the English dub. The first series aired on Fox Kids in 2001 before moving to ABC Family, while Medabots Spirits aired on ABC Family in 2003.
Other Series Cineverse Streams
In addition to Medabots, Cineverse brings several other anime and animated series to RetroCrush in partnership with Wildbrain, including:
- Spider Riders
- Super Mario Bros. Super Show
- Adventures of Super Mario Bros 3
- Super Mario World
- Sonic the Hedgehog
