The TV anime Sasaki and Peeps (佐々木とピーちゃん) Season 2 has been officially confirmed for an October 2026 broadcast start. A new key visual and teaser PV were unveiled alongside the announcement.

The Season 2 key visual depicts the neighbor character (お隣さん), Sasaki, and Pi-chan from behind, with the hand of Abadon reaching out toward them from the shadows. The teaser PV, meanwhile, puts the spotlight on the neighbor, who is shown blushing — a moment sure to delight fans of the series.
Staff
Several key staff changes have been announced. Ibu Yuji takes the helm as director, with Ouchi Yamato serving as assistant director. Akao Deko returns as series composer, while Nakashiki Saori continues as character designer. Animation production remains with SILVER LINK.

Story and Cast
Sasaki and Peeps is a fantasy series following Sasaki, an ordinary salaryman who buys a Java sparrow named “Pi-chan” from a pet shop — only to discover that the bird is actually a renowned sage reincarnated from another world. The encounter grants Sasaki the ability to travel between worlds.
The main cast returns in full, led by Sugita Tomokazu as Sasaki and Yuuki Aoi as Pi-chan.
