The anime film production team behind 「青春ブタ野郎はディアフレンドの夢を見ない」 (Seishun Buta Yarou wa Dear Friend no Yume wo Minai) has unveiled a Memorial Visual and Memorial Visual Movie featuring character Akagi Ikumi (赤城郁実) for fans to enjoy.
The visual is part of a project releasing new Memorial Visuals for every heroine in the series every Sunday. This time it is Volume 9, showcasing an image of Akagi Ikumi along with her quote 「ほんと、私って惨めでかっこ悪い」, or “I really am so pitiful and awful” — a line that poignantly captures the character’s inner emotions. Volume 10 will be released on May 31 at 20:00 Japan Standard Time.

「Seishun Buta Yarou wa Dear Friend no Yume wo Minai」 is the latest and final entry in the 「青春ブタ野郎」 (Seishun Buta Yarou) anime franchise, set to open in theaters on October 16. The film will resolve lingering mysteries surrounding “Puberty Syndrome” (思春期症候群), the central phenomenon that has driven the story throughout both the high school and college arcs of the series, promising to bring everything to a fully satisfying conclusion.
