A new promotional video titled “Reiwa ni Kero! to Fukkatsu PV” has been released for the upcoming anime film Shin Gekijouban☆Keroro Gunsou: Fukkatsu shite Sokkou Chikyuu Metsubou no Kikiであります！ (New Theatrical Edition☆Sgt. Frog: We’re Back and Earth Is Already in Danger!), based on the manga by Yoshizaki Mine.
Meet the Keroro Platoon — All Over Again
Set to the opening theme 「また帰ってきたケロッ！とマーチ」 performed by ano and Soshina, the PV reintroduces the self-proclaimed “universe’s least-effective invasion force” one member at a time:
- Sgt. Keroro — platoon leader who would rather fuss over his Gunpla collection than actually invade Earth
- Pvt. Tamama — adorable on the surface, terrifying when angered; the PV highlights his two-faced nature
- Cpl. Giroro — a seasoned combat veteran hopelessly smitten with Natsumi Hinata
- Sgt. Maj. Kururu — the platoon’s scheming but reliable strategist
- Lance Cpl. Dororo — the forgotten assassin who laments being overlooked by Keroro yet again
The PV also features Aruru and Deruru, a pair of mysterious Keronian siblings created as original characters for this film, both voiced by Jesse (SixTONES). Footage of Fuyuki Hinata and other human allies joining the platoon to face a new invader is included as well.
Release & Staff
The film opens in Japanese cinemas on Friday, June 26, 2026. Fukuda Yuichi serves as screenwriter and general director (総監督), with Ozaki Fuminobu directing. The production is handled by BN Pictures and distributed by KADOKAWA and Bandai Namco Filmworks.
