Streaming platform ABEMA will open a limited-time Steins;Gate ABEMA Channel starting Saturday, July 11, 2025, to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Steins;Gate TV anime series. Content will be streamed free of charge every day throughout the event period.
About Steins;Gate
Steins;Gate is a sci-fi anime adapted from the hit Science Adventure game series. The story follows self-proclaimed mad scientist Rintaro Okabe, who invents a “time-leaping” device capable of sending messages to the past, and must fight against fate to prevent a catastrophic tragedy from engulfing the world. The first TV anime aired in 2011, with a theatrical film and a TV sequel produced in the years that followed.
What’s Streaming
The initiative is part of the KADOKAWA・ABEMA Anniversary Anime Selection, a project offering free streams of KADOKAWA anniversary titles. The Steins;Gate ABEMA Channel will feature the following lineup:
- TV anime Steins;Gate — all 24 episodes
- Theatrical film STEINS;GATE: The Movie − Load Region of Déjà Vu
- TV anime sequel Steins;Gate 0 — all 24 episodes
- Special episodes #23(β) “Missing Link on the Boundary Surface” and #25 “Polyomania Overrunning” — both streaming on ABEMA for the very first time
All titles will be streamed daily between July 11 and July 16, 2025, and will remain available to watch free of charge for two weeks after each broadcast. This is a rare chance for fans to revisit — or discover — the complete Steins;Gate saga at no cost.
