Templar～アイテムの力～ (Templar -The Power of Items-), a webtoon by REDICE STUDIO, the studio behind hits such as “俺だけレベルアップな件” (Solo Leveling) and “盗掘王,” has officially been confirmed for a TV anime adaptation scheduled to air in October 2026.
Synopsis
The story is set in the virtual reality game SATISFY, played by more than 2 billion people around the world. The protagonist is Grid, a blacksmith living a rough life inside the game while hoping to turn his fate around from rock bottom. One day, he clears a high-level quest and obtains the Legendary-class item “Pagma’s Rare Book,” which changes his class to Legendary Blacksmith. Although Grid is greedy and tends to calculate his own benefit first, he also has hidden patience and a gentle heart. The series is an action fantasy about climbing to the top through the power of item creation.

We sincerely congratulate the anime adaptation of “Templar.” After “Solo Leveling,” we are deeply moved to see “Templar” adapted as well, especially because we are participating this time as production consultants. Ryumaru Tachibana (Grid)
I have been reading the series since it first began serialization, so I feel fired up both as a fan of the original work and as a voice actor. Grid, or Takumi Nagamine in real life, is a lazy person, but once he finds motivation, he charges forward without stopping. Watching him climb up from the very bottom is exciting and satisfying. Please look forward to it this October!
Asami Seto (Yura)
A world where wealth and influence inside a game affect real life sounds exciting, but also a little frightening if someone becomes too obsessed. Grid has the power to move forward once he sets his mind to something, but he also has an obsession that can be worrying. Even so, he has a side that loves his family, and I am interested to see how he grows. The mysterious and powerful relationship between Grid and Yura is another point to watch.
A teaser visual and teaser PV have already been released. The teaser PV shows the starting point of Grid’s journey from “the weakest” to “the strongest,” along with notable lines from Grid and Yura. The teaser visual highlights Grid’s appeal as a blacksmith.
TV anime 「テムパル～アイテムの力～」 is scheduled to air in October 2026.
