An official unveiling ceremony for the full set of nine collaboration manhole covers produced by The Fable (ザ・ファブル) — the manga by Katsuhisa Minami — and Kishiwada City in Osaka Prefecture will be held on July 4 and 5, 2026 at Floor Disco Ball inside WHATAWON, Osaka.

Nine Exclusive Designs

Each of the nine manhole covers features a unique design that blends the world of The Fable with the charm of Kishiwada City. After the event, the covers will be installed at various locations around the city, meaning this two-day ceremony is the only opportunity to see all nine designs gathered in one place.

• A dedicated photo spot featuring replica panels of the covers
• Visitors who complete a survey will receive an original hand fan (uchiwa) featuring motifs from the manhole cover designs
