The official website for the TV anime adaptation of The Oblivious Saint Can’t Contain Her Power (Japanese title: Mujikaku Seijo wa Kyō mo Muishiki ni Chikara o Tare Nagasu), based on the light novel by Almond with illustrations by Yoshiro Ambe, has released its second promotional video and announced additional cast members last Friday.
New Cast and Ending Theme
In this new promotional video, the ending theme song “Unknown Me” performed by Utahime Dream All Stars makes its debut, alongside the reveal of new characters and their voice actors:

- Melissa — voiced by Inori Minase
The site also unveiled new promotional artwork for the anime.

Production Staff
The anime is produced by studios Magic Bus and Picante Circus, with Mitsutaka Noshitani as director, Toko Machida handling series composition, Taihei Nagai as character designer, and SUPA LOVE composing the score. The opening theme, “Windmaker,” is performed by Kaya.
Story Summary
The story follows Lady Carolina, a noblewoman overlooked by the powerful elite of her era. She grew up in the shadow of her father, who holds the position of prime minister, and an older sister gifted with powerful healing magic poised to become a national saint. Carolina quietly accepted her own unremarkable fate — until a royal decree upended her life by compelling her into a political marriage with the “Blood Prince” of the neighboring empire of Malcosias.
About the Source Material
The original novel by Almond was first published on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website before being released in print by Earth Star Entertainment in May 2022, with illustrations by Yoshiro Ambe. The fourth and final volume was released in June 2023. The manga adaptation by Yona Etou launched on the Comic Earth Star website in April 2022 and is still ongoing. J-Novel Club handles both the light novel and manga in English.
The TV anime The Oblivious Saint Can’t Contain Her Power is scheduled to premiere in July 2026 on TOKYO MX, BS11, and AT-X.
