The production team behind Tokyo Revengers: Santen Sensō-hen (Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc) released the anime’s third trailer on Sunday, officially confirming an October 2 premiere date and an exclusive worldwide stream on Disney+ (excluding China).

Broadcast Details

The arc will debut on MBS, TBS, and CBC on October 2 at 25:53 JST (effectively October 3 at 1:53 a.m.), with additional runs on BS-TBS and AT-X.

Character Designs Revealed

Alongside the trailer, the staff unveiled new character designs showing Mikey (Manjiro Sano) and Haruchiyo Sanzu as they appear 12 years later — designs that have already generated significant buzz among fans.

Story Synopsis

The brutal conflict between the Tokyo Manji Gang and Tenjiku has finally come to an end. As each survivor carries their grief and walks their own path, Takemichi Hanagaki finds himself unexpectedly moved by the legacy of the late Tetta Kisaki. Upon learning the full truth about the time leaps, Mikey makes a fateful decision.

Takemichi eventually reaches the ultimate future — one where his beloved Hinata is alive. But “he” is nowhere to be found. In the era of the “Three Titans,” where three rival gangs battle for supremacy, the final act of revenge begins.

About the Franchise

Ken Wakui launched the Tokyo Revengers manga in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in March 2017, concluding it in November 2022. A spinoff manga, Tokyo Revengers Extra, focusing on the founders of the Tokyo Manji Gang, is currently serializing in the same magazine. Kodansha USA Publishing releases the manga in English.

The first TV anime premiered in April 2021, followed by the Christmas Showdown Arc in January 2023 (13 episodes) and the Tenjiku Arc in October 2023 — both streamed on Disney+. The first live-action film opened in Japan in July 2021 and ranked as the #1 live-action film in Japan that year. Two sequel films, Chi no Halloween -Unmei- and Chi no Halloween -Kessen-, opened in April and June 2023, respectively.
