Uma Musume Pretty Derby is collaborating with Japanese convenience store giant Lawson in a wide-ranging campaign launching on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Lawson locations nationwide (select stores excluded). The event features limited-edition merchandise, bonus collectibles with snack purchases, and exclusive in-store experiences.

About Uma Musume Pretty Derby

Uma Musume Pretty Derby is a training simulation game in which players take on the role of a rookie trainer at “Tracen Academy,” guiding anthropomorphized horse-girl characters — each named after a real-life racehorse — through daily training and bonding toward victory on the track. The game is celebrated for its deep gameplay systems, dramatic storytelling, thrilling race sequences, and the “Winning Live” musical performances that punctuate each run. It took home an Excellence Award at the Japan Game Awards 2021.

Free Original Clear File with Snack Purchase

During the campaign period, customers who purchase any three qualifying snack items will receive one original clear file on the spot, while supplies last. There are eight designs in total, featuring seven characters — Epiphaneia, Logotype, Victoire Pisa, Rulership, Kiseki, Almond Eye, and Daring Tact — including a group illustration.

Nobori Banners and Advance Goods Sales

A total of 141 Uma Musume nobori (vertical banners) will be displayed across 71 Lawson stores in the greater Tokyo area. These locations will also offer an advance sale of exclusive items including mini nobori and flight tags.

Lawson-Exclusive Meiji Fruit Gummy Collaboration

Three flavors of Meiji Kajuu Gummy in Uma Musume packaging — grape, Unshu mandarin, and muscat — will be sold exclusively at Lawson. Each bag includes one original card (two card designs per flavor).

Original Illustrated Merchandise In-Store

Lawson stores will carry merchandise featuring newly drawn original illustrations. The standout item is an acrylic stand depicting Epiphaneia, Logotype, Victoire Pisa, Rulership, Kiseki, Almond Eye, and Daring Tact enjoying Lawson sweets and drinks — a must-have for fans.

@Loppi and HMV&BOOKS Online Exclusive Goods

Additional limited items are available to order via @Loppi terminals and HMV&BOOKS Online, including a “Narikin! Karaage-kun” plush, a sitting plush, a large tapestry, and a Daring Tact bear T-shirt, among others.

Akiba Trim Store — Special Décor and Exclusive Goods

The Akiba Trim branch will be decorated with original Uma Musume artwork throughout the campaign and will sell store-exclusive items including trading mini acrylic stands, trading can badges (both equi-size and deformed versions), and a desk mat.

Lawson Print — Original Bromides from Multi-Copy Machines

From September 1, 2026, fans can print original Uma Musume bromide photos at Lawson multi-copy machines nationwide. Prices are ¥300 for L size and ¥500 for 2L size (tax included).

Notes for August 18 Launch Day

The clear file giveaway, original goods sales, Meiji Gummy, Country Ma’am, and Choi Paku Rusk sales all begin at 10:00 a.m. on August 18. Lawson asks customers not to line up before opening, not to reserve spots with belongings, and not to gather in groups outside stores so as not to disturb nearby residents. Purchase limits may be enforced, and staff reserve the right to disperse crowds or refuse sales if necessary.
