The TV anime Ushiro no Shōmen Kamui-san, based on the manga by Eroki and Konoshiro Shinko serialized in Manga ONE, has released preview images and a synopsis for its first episode, titled “Mary / Teke Teke.”
Episode 1 Synopsis
The opening episode is split into two segments. In the first, Shizuka, a high school girl with the ability to see ghosts, finds herself relentlessly pursued by Mary — a spirit that manifests through any kind of telephone. In the second, the immensely powerful spirit-user Kamui exploits Teke Teke, a ghost wandering in search of the lower half of her body lost in an accident, to lay a clever trap for Shizuka.
