The official full title of the theatrical film based on the anime Meitantei Precure! (Detective Precure!) has been confirmed as Eiga Meitantei Precure! Fushigi na Niwa to Futari no Himitsu (Movie Detective Precure! The Mysterious Garden and the Two Secrets). Alongside the announcement, the film’s main visual and three scene cuts have been released.
Story
Slated for release on September 18, 2026, the film follows Anna and her friends as they investigate the so-called “X-mark Incident” that has been the talk of the town. A fairy client named Rain suddenly appears before them, pleading for them to protect a girl named Karin from the villain Damedame. Rain leads them to the breathtakingly beautiful “Karin’s Garden,” where they meet the girl Karin herself and her guardian fairy, Alan.
After befriending Karin, the group wastes no time launching their investigation — but even this peaceful garden is soon threatened when Damedame unexpectedly appears. The film will also feature guest appearances by characters from Kimi to Idol Precure♪ and Wonderful Precure!
Admission Gift & Advance Tickets
Moviegoers will receive a “Pochitan Miracle Light” as an admission gift, an item that also plays a role in an important scene within the film.
Starting June 26, a “Present-included Movie Ticket” will go on sale at theater box offices, while a “Character Design Movie Ticket” will be available through various online retailers and Precure Pretty Store locations. A “Tanpuri☆ Nurie Contest” (coloring contest) will also open for entries on the same day, with participants having a chance to win special prizes. Full details will be available on a dedicated website launching on June 26.
