The manga Kashin ni Megumareta Tensei Kizoku no Shiawase na Nichijou (The Happy Daily Life of a Reincarnated Noble Blessed with Loyal Retainers) launched its first volume on June 23. Drawn by Mitsuru Kamiya (紙屋満), the series is a manga adaptation (comicalization) of a light novel whose protagonist is a hard-driving corporate warrior from the real world.
Story
The hero is suddenly reincarnated into another world, finding himself in the body of Rex Hesselink — a fearsome warrior-noble so notorious he has earned the title “Demon.” His domain consists of nothing but a forest crawling with magical beasts, and he must contend with both those monsters and the cutthroat power struggles of the nobility.
What sets Rex apart, however, is the boundless loyalty of his retainers. Joining forces with his highly capable vassals — and occasionally relying on sheer brute force alone — he overcomes every obstacle that comes his way and carves out a happy everyday life in this unforgiving fantasy world.
