The official website for the Unmei no Makimodo Shi – Fate Rewinder television anime — based on Fūta Kimura‘s manga Unmei no Makimodo Shi – All Great Achievements Require Time — released a teaser trailer and key visual on Saturday, unveiling the series’ cast, staff, and an April 2027 premiere on TV Asahi’s “ImAnimation” programming block.
Crunchyroll also announced at Anime Expo on Friday that it has acquired streaming rights to the series.

Story
The series follows Chrono, a boy whose right eye is imbued with the “Rewinder,” a power to rewind time. He serves in a special time-police unit that travels back in time to alter history and avert dark destinies. His missions span a wide range of scenarios — from romance and sports to stopping terrorist attacks.
The manga previously inspired a net anime adaptation that debuted on YouTube in spring 2022.
