OceanVeil took to the stage at Anime Expo on Saturday to announce English dubs for two titles: the adult anime Secret Mission ~Sennyū Sōsakan wa Zettai ni Makenai!~ (The Undercover Agents Will Never Lose!) and the television anime KAMUI: He’s Behind You (Ushiro no Shōmen Kamui-san).
Secret Mission English Dub Launches July 25
The English dub of Secret Mission — an AnimeFesta anime adaptation of Mothica‘s manga Motto Aeide! Sennyū Sōsakan wa Sex mo Oshigoto desu (Sex Is Part of Undercover Agents’ Job?) — will debut on July 25 at 6:00 p.m. PDT (9:00 p.m. EDT).
Saburou Miura (Show Time!) directed the anime at Rabbit Gate, also handling series composition and storyboards. LAZZ (Show Time! 2) served as character designer, and Hisayoshi Hirasawa (Love Flops) was the sound director. Mei Misono, who voices lead heroine Riko, also performs the theme song “Secret Mission Love.”
The story centers on undercover agents Riko Ikazuchi and her junior partner Noma, who have infiltrated an apartment doubling as a criminal organization’s hideout while posing as newlyweds. When the criminals grow suspicious at the lack of nighttime noise, the pair must convincingly play the role of a passionate couple — leaving Riko to endure feelings of humiliation and pleasure in equal measure, all in the name of justice.

KAMUI: He’s Behind You Dub in Production
OceanVeil also confirmed that an English dub for KAMUI: He’s Behind You is currently in production. The anime is based on the manga by writer Eroki and artist Shinko Konoshiro, which launched on Shogakukan’s Manga ONE app in March 2020. The 12th compiled volume was released on February 19.
The TV anime premiered on Tokyo MX on July 3 at 25:30 JST (effectively July 4 at 1:30 a.m.) and airs on BS11 on July 7. OceanVeil began streaming the series on Friday at 9:30 a.m. PDT.
The anime is directed by Takumi Tsukumo (Divergence Eve original creator) at Zero-G and ZG-R. Motoshi Chūjō is handling series scripts, and Toshinari Yamashita (Divergence Eve, Amazing Nurse Nanako) is designing the characters. The anime is produced under WWWave Corporation’s Deregula anime label. KOTOKO performs the ending theme “SAY-BYE!!”
The series follows Shizuka Mimizuka, a self-described ordinary high school girl whose body acts as an irresistible magnet for ghosts and malevolent spirits. The renowned psychic Kamui — blessed with overwhelming spiritual power and movie-star looks — recruits her as his official assistant and, conveniently, live bait. The catch: Kamui harbors a deeply bizarre secret in that he is only aroused by ghosts and apparitions, making his exorcism methods wildly unorthodox and thoroughly lewd. The series is billed as a “super” ecchi exorcism comedy.
