ภาพวาดใหม่โดยโยโกกิ เมนโกะ รวม 8 ตัวละครจาก【推しの子】สำหรับนิทรรศการ -星のキセキ-

A newly drawn illustration by Yokoyari Mengo has been revealed ahead of 「マンガ【推しの子】展 -星のキセキ-」 (Manga Oshi no Ko Ten: Hoshi no Kiseki), the first-ever exhibition dedicated to the manga Oshi no Ko by Akasaka Aka and Yokoyari Mengo.

A New Group Illustration Featuring Eight Characters

The specially created artwork brings together eight of the series’ central characters: Ai, Hoshino Aqua, Hoshino Ruby, Arima Kana, Kurokawa Akane, MEM-cho, Himekawa Daiki, and Narushima Melto. A photo spot using this illustration will be set up at the exhibition venue.

Yokoyari commented on the piece, noting that while the brief called for a celebratory image, she ended up with a slightly darker atmosphere — something she tried to balance out with costumes and bouquets. She added that she feels the final result captures the world of Oshi no Ko well.

The artist also reflected on the process, admitting that group illustrations are something she has long tried to avoid throughout her career as a manga artist. This marks only her second such piece, following a collaboration image for the Tokyo Dome event. Having been given ample time this time around, she poured everything she had into it — though the work ultimately took far longer than expected, and she expressed her apologies to everyone involved.

Official Pamphlet and Third Wave of Exclusive Merchandise

Details of the official exhibition pamphlet were also announced. It will feature the new illustration alongside other exhibited artwork, accompanied by comments from both Akasaka Aka and Yokoyari Mengo, as well as an eight-page conversation between the two creators.

A third wave of exclusive merchandise has also been revealed, including acrylic stands and other items using the new illustration.
