ABEMA has officially announced 「ABEMAアニメ祭 2026 supported by コミックシーモア」 (ABEMA Anime Matsuri 2026), a two-day anime festival scheduled for September 19–20, 2026 at MIYASHITA PARK and the surrounding Shibuya area of Tokyo.
About the Event
The ABEMA Anime Matsuri is an annual event featuring collaborative projects between ABEMA’s original programming and various anime titles. The festival debuted in September 2024 near the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower in Tokyo, and in 2025 moved to the Shibuya area around MIYASHITA PARK, drawing 60,000 on-site visitors and surpassing 610,000 total views on ABEMA.
Theme and Activities
This year’s event carries the theme “Dive even deeper into your love of anime.” Planned activities include:
- Special stage events at MIYASHITA PARK featuring cast members and guests from featured works
- Themed photo spots
- Official merchandise sales
- Character greeting sessions
