FuRyu‘s figure brand TENITOL has opened pre-orders for a new figure of Shinjou Akane from the theatrical anime film Gridman Universe, depicting the character in athletic track wear. The figure is available to pre-order through hobby retailer Amiami.
About Gridman Universe
Gridman Universe is an animated film produced jointly by Tsuburaya Productions and studio TRIGGER. It brings together the worlds and characters of SSSS.GRIDMAN and SSSS.DYNAZENON — both adapted from the tokusatsu series Denkou Choujin Gridman — in an original crossover story. The film is directed by Tetsu Amemiya and features voice performances by Hikaru Midorikawa, Yuya Hirose, Yume Miyamoto, Souma Saito, and Reina Ueda, among others.

The design is based on newly drawn artwork created exclusively for the online lottery event Gridman Universe Gema Kuji, with a sports theme. The sculpt highlights Akane’s athletic silhouette with careful attention to detail.
