The beloved light novel series Toradora! is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and to mark the occasion, the collaborative brand arti-mate — a joint venture between arma bianca and Animate — will release a limited-edition collection of original apparel and merchandise.
About Toradora!
Published under the Dengeki Bunko imprint and written by Yuyuko Takemiya, Toradora! follows Ryuji Takasu, a high school student perpetually mistaken for a delinquent due to his intimidating looks, and his classmate Taiga Aisaka — a petite but ferocious beauty known as the “Palmtop Tiger.” When the two unexpectedly join forces to help each other pursue their respective crushes, a chaotic and heartfelt school romantic comedy unfolds. Beyond the original novels and manga adaptations, the series was adapted into a TV anime in 2008, directed by Tatsuyuki Nagai and produced by J.C.STAFF, earning widespread acclaim that endures to this day.
What’s in the Collection
Every item in the collection features brand-new, specially drawn illustrations by series illustrator YASU. The lineup is split into two categories:
