To mark the 20th anniversary of Gintama (銀魂), Ichiban Kuji has officially announced “Ichiban Kuji Gintama — 20th Anniversary Gintama-ten ～Hatachi no Tsudoi～ Sono Ni”, set to go on sale from Friday, 21 August 2026.
About Gintama
Gintama is a long-running fan favourite set in an Edo-period Japan turned upside down by an alien invasion by the “Amanto.” The series blends slapstick comedy, action, and heartfelt human drama. The TV anime ran for 13 years from 2006, concluding with episode 367 in October 2018.
The franchise also spans multiple theatrical films: Gintama: Shinyaku Benizakura-hen (2010), Gintama: Kanketsu-hen — Yorozuya yo Eien Nare (2013, written by original author Hideaki Sorachi), Gintama: THE FINAL (2021), and most recently Shin Gekijouban Gintama: Yoshiwara Daienjo, which adapts the beloved “Yoshiwara Blaze” arc in CinemaScope format and opened on 13 February 2026.

A monochrome-coloured version of the Gintoki figure, inspired by Sorachi-sensei’s original line art, awarded to the person who draws the final ticket. The set also includes a special Gintama-ten logo figure.
