Ao Kurumi’s new romantic comedy manga Ikemen Sugimasu Natsume-san launched its first volume today, July 27, 2026, published by Square Enix.
Story
The series follows Satsuki, an awkward male university student who was separated from his beloved childhood friend Natsume when they were young. Having spent years working on himself in the hope of reuniting with her one day, he finally crosses paths with Natsume again at university — only to discover she has become the campus’s famous “handsome prince” (a girl).
Yet when the two spend time together, Satsuki finds that the endearing, adorable side of Natsume he remembered from childhood is still very much there, setting the stage for a warm and sweet romance. The manga is currently serialized in Monthly G Fantasy (Square Enix).
