The TV anime adaptation of Romeria Senki (ロメリア戦記) has been confirmed for an October 2026 two-cour broadcast run. Alongside the announcement, the production released its first promotional video — which marks the debut of the characters’ voices — and revealed four additional cast members.
New Cast Members and First PV
The newly announced cast additions are: Chiba Shoya as Gran, Kajiwara Taketo as Lagun, Horie Shun as Kyle, and Watanuki Ryunosuke as Otto. All four have provided comments on the official website.
The first PV opens with the cold declaration from Anri — “I hereby dissolve our engagement” — before unfolding into footage that hints at Romeria and her knights embarking on a new journey. It is the first time fans have heard the voices of the main cast in action.
Pre-Broadcast Screening Event
Ahead of the TV broadcast, a special advance screening will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at kino cinéma Shinjuku in Tokyo, with a 12:30 p.m. showtime. The event will screen episodes 1 and 2, followed by a talk show featuring Nemoto Yuna (Romeria), Ogasawara Jin (Al), and Ono Tomonori (Rey).
Tickets are priced at ¥3,500 (reserved seating) and go on sale on a first-come, first-served basis from August 10 at 8:00 p.m. Any remaining tickets will be available at the theater box office from opening time on August 11. Full details can be found on the official website.
Story
Romeria Senki follows Romeria von Graham, a noble young woman who helped defeat the Demon King only to be immediately dumped by the prince the moment the war ended. Refusing to accept the world as it is, she sets out to build a new one from scratch. The series is described as a “post-war chronicle.” The original novel is written by Ariyama Ryo (Shogakukan, Gagaga Books), with manga art by Ueto Ryo (Mag Garden, BLADE Comics) and original character designs by Kodama.
