Bandai’s official online store Premium Bandai has opened pre-orders for the Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash – Circe’s Witch Mafty Mark Watch, priced at ¥24,200 (tax included). Pre-orders close on 31 August 2026 at 23:00 JST, with shipment scheduled for September 2026.
About the Film
Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash is a film adaptation of the novel by Gundam creator Yoshiyuki Tomino, set in the same universe as Char’s Counterattack. The first chapter, released in June 2021, was praised for its hard-edged, realistic combat and nuanced character drama.
The second chapter, Gundam Hathaway’s Flash: Circe’s Witch, opened on 30 January 2026 and follows three intertwining fates: Hathaway Noa, leader of the anti-Earth Federation movement “Mafty”; the enigmatic Gigi Andalucia, a girl with mysterious powers; and Colonel Kenneth Sleg of the Earth Federation Forces. Within its first 29 days of release (30 January – 27 February), the film grossed ¥2.24 billion and drew over 1.34 million admissions.
Watch Highlights
