A brand-new collection of Detective Conan (名探偵コナン) merchandise has been announced, centered on a playful water-gun (水鉄砲) theme. Pre-orders are open on the online shop THE キャラ from August 7, 2026 (18:00 JST) through August 27, 2026 (23:59 JST).
About Detective Conan
Detective Conan is an ongoing mystery manga by Gosho Aoyama, serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday. The story follows high-school detective Shinichi Kudo, who is shrunk into a child’s body by a mysterious poison and takes on the alias Conan Edogawa while continuing to solve complex cases.
Nine Characters, One Summer Theme
The collection features original artwork of nine characters rendered in a cute two-head deformed style, each holding a water gun. A notable highlight is that many of the characters are depicted wearing shorts — a rare look for the cast — giving the lineup a fresh, summery feel. The characters included are:
