A special exhibition dedicated to the TV anime 北斗の拳 -FIST OF THE NORTH STAR- is now open at Anime Tokyo Station in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, running from August 22 through November 8, 2026. Admission is free.
About the Anime
The new anime adapts the classic action manga Hokuto no Ken, which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1983, written by Buronson and illustrated by Tetsuo Hara. Produced by TMS Entertainment / Studio 7 with an all-new cast, staff, and cutting-edge animation technology, the series aired its first cour from April to June 2026, with a second cour planned for 2027.

Special Talk Show: “Hokuto no Ken Day” Commemoration
On September 6, 2026, a public recording of the talk show 「”Hokuto no Ken no Hi” Kinen Talk Show in Anime Tokyo Station」 will be held at the special venue on the 14th floor of Anime Tokyo Station. The following voice actors are scheduled to appear:
- Shunsuke Takeuchi — voice of Kenshiro
- Yasuhiro Mamiya — voice of Dia and various supporting roles
- Jun Fukushima — voice of various supporting roles
Doors open at 11:45 a.m., with the show running from noon to approximately 1:00 p.m. Attendance is free, with 50 spots available via advance lottery application. The application deadline is August 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The recorded show will be streamed on the official Anime Tokyo Station YouTube channel on September 13, 2026 — “Hokuto no Ken Day.”

- Closed: Mondays (if Monday falls on a public holiday, the venue opens that day and closes the following day instead); also closed during year-end/New Year period and other special closures
- Admission: Free
