The TV anime FX Senshi Kurumi-chan (FX戦士くるみちゃん), based on the manga by Demunyan and Tansan Daisuki serialized in Monthly Comic Flapper (KADOKAWA), has officially set its premiere date for October 1, 2026. A main PV has also been released to mark the announcement.
Main PV and Theme Songs
The newly released main PV features the world premiere of the opening theme, also titled “FX Senshi Kurumi-chan,” performed by voice actress Aina Suzuki, who plays protagonist Kurumi Fukuga. The PV is packed with new footage showing Kurumi and her friends riding the emotional rollercoaster of foreign exchange trading, with plenty of the despair-filled expressions the series is known for.
The ending theme is titled “$・¥・€”. Both the opening and ending themes are scheduled to begin streaming on music platforms from October 2, 2026.
Episode 1 Advance Screening Event
Ahead of the broadcast premiere, an advance screening event — “TV Anime FX Senshi Kurumi-chan Episode 1 Advance Screening” — will be held on September 27, 2026 at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas in Tokyo, following the 17:55 screening slot. The event will include a talk show featuring three cast members:
- Aina Suzuki (Kurumi Fukuga)
- Asami Seto (Moeko Kogane)
- Ayasa Ito (Mebuki Yamashi)
Tickets are priced at ¥3,000. Advance lottery applications are open via Ticket Pia until September 17, 2026 at 23:59.
Synopsis
College student Kurumi Fukuga dives into the world of FX (foreign exchange) trading in hopes of recovering the 20 million yen her late mother lost to the markets. The series follows her emotional journey as she reacts to every rise and fall of the charts.
