The official website for the Sirotan television anime — based on Creative Yoko’s iconic white seal mascot — unveiled the series’ main visual and announced its premiere date on Tuesday.
Premiere Details
The anime will debut on October 3 at 4:29 p.m. JST (3:29 a.m. EDT) as part of TV Asahi‘s newly launched short-anime programming block, “PicoAni.”

- Miyu Hanasaki as Rakkoinu
- Rina Hidaka as Sheru
- Riyo Iwai as Ramune
Yūki previously voiced the titular white seal character in a short animation on the Sirotan TV YouTube channel.
Staff
The series is being produced at Lesprit, with Arisa Okada serving as director and Sei Yoshitsuki overseeing and writing the series scripts. TV Asahi and Shinei Animation are co-producing the project.

About Sirotan
Creative Yoko originally designed the Sirotan mascot in August 1999. Two decades later, in 2019, the Japan Anniversary Association officially designated August 8 as Sirotan Day.
