Japanese wagashi chain Koufukudo (口福堂) is releasing a special collaboration dorayaki to mark the 5th anniversary of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime. The sweet’s signature feature is a brand mark pressed into the dorayaki skin bearing the determined face of protagonist Itadori Yuji, presented in a limited-edition anniversary package.
About Jujutsu Kaisen
Jujutsu Kaisen is a dark-fantasy manga by Gege Akutami, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows Itadori Yuji, a boy who allows a powerful curse to take root within his own soul in order to save his classmates. The manga concluded in issue No. 44, released on September 30, 2024, with cumulative sales surpassing 100 million copies.
The TV anime launched in October 2020, followed by Season 2 — “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death / Shibuya Incident” — in July 2023. Season 3, “Culling Game (First Arc),” began airing on January 8, 2026. The touring Gege Akutami “Jujutsu Kaisen” Exhibition is currently running in Nagoya through August 30, 2026, before moving to Iwate from September 12 to November 8, 2026.

The dorayaki features an Itadori Yuji brand mark on its skin and comes in a 5th-anniversary limited package. Customers who purchase three or more pieces will receive a Koufukudo-exclusive A4 clear file as a gift. The illustration on the clear file depicts mini-character versions of the Jujutsu High first-years — Itadori Yuji, Fushiguro Megumi, and Kugisaki Nobara — alongside their teacher Gojo Satoru, all happily enjoying dorayaki together.
