Fans of the lovable San-X bear have reason to celebrate: the Rilakkuma short anime revealed a third season at the close of its 24th episode on Saturday. The new season will carry the title Rilakkuma: Ki Mama ni Manpuku Biyori (Carefree, Well-Fed Days).

The Short Anime’s Journey So Far

The series launched its first season on April 4, airing on TBS every Saturday at 9:25 a.m. That debut season was titled Rilakkuma: Goyurori Yume no Tabi (Leisure Trip of Dreams), followed by the second season, Rilakkuma: Tekuteku Sekai Ryokō (Steadily Traveling the World), which concluded with Saturday’s announcement. The series is also available to stream internationally on Crunchyroll.

YOASOBI’s Lilas Ikuta Narrates and Performs the Theme

A standout feature of the anime is the involvement of Lilas Ikuta, vocalist of the popular unit YOASOBI, who serves as narrator and performs the theme song “stay with me.”

About Rilakkuma
