Manga artist Mukineko Shiro‘s new series, 最弱ヒロインですが、元魔王なので魅了で世界征服します (“I’m the Weakest Heroine, but Since I Was Once the Demon Lord, I’ll Conquer the World with Charm Magic”), launched on the digital manga platform Comic Seymour on September 12.
Story
The series is a reincarnation romance fantasy centered on a former demon lord and the hero who once defeated her. After a fierce battle with the hero leaves the demon lord cornered, she casts a reincarnation spell in hopes of gathering power in another world.
She awakens to find herself in the body of Momozono, an ordinary and physically frail modern Japanese woman. To make matters worse, the only magic she can muster is a faint trace of charm magic. Just as she begins to panic, the hero appears before her reincarnated as Shirogane, the young heir to a major corporation — seemingly with no memory of his past life.
Momozono attempts to use her limited charm magic to bring Shirogane under her control, but the plan backfires spectacularly: instead of being manipulated, Shirogane falls head over heels for her and showers her with affection.
