About Bless
Bless is an inspirational fashion manga that follows two young women: Aia, who was told she was born to be a model, and Jun, who was bullied for her freckles. Together, they push back against a system that prizes talent over hard work and fight to define beauty on their own terms.
Sonoyama launched the manga in Kodansha’s Shonen Magazine Edge in 2022; it now runs in Monthly Shonen Sirius. The series has surpassed 1.25 million copies in circulation, and Kodansha will release the ninth volume on October 8. Kodansha USA Publishing is releasing the English edition, with volume seven out on February 10, and the series is also available digitally via the K MANGA service.
In addition to the anime, Amazon Prime Video will stream a worldwide exclusive live-action adaptation of the manga in spring 2027.
