The TV anime Nijuseiki Denki Mokuroku -Eureka Evrika- has released its third story visual, comments from all 13 voice cast members, and countdown illustrations drawn by director Ota Minoru, all ahead of the series finale.

Third Story Visual

The new visual is composed of scene cuts from the final episode, “Nozomu Mirai e” (Toward the Desired Future), set to air on September 27. It features a manufactured Seiroku with light in his eyes, alongside a rear-view shot of Kihachi and Inako gazing into the depths of an underground facility destroyed by the runaway Electric Brain.

Director’s Countdown Illustrations

As part of a countdown campaign leading up to the finale, director Ota Minoru is posting original illustrations on the official social media accounts daily from September 24 through 27. The latest batch features Suzu, Kate, and Yajiro, with the caption “3 days until the final episode.”

Cast Comments

Uchida Yuma (Sakamoto Kihachi)

It’s the finale already — it went by so fast. Episode 12 ended on such a shocking note; I still remember recording with my heart pounding, wondering what would happen next. What has been entrusted to Kihachi by Seiroku and his mother, and how will he face it? Please watch over Kihachi, Inako, and Yosuke until the very end.

Amemiya Sora (Momokawa Inako)

I can’t believe this series I’ve been so excited to share with everyone is already ending. Whether I was practicing alone, recording, or watching the finished episodes, this show always filled my heart — so I feel genuinely sad. I found myself moved to tears more times than I can count. Every character’s feelings are so pure and intense that you get drawn in without even realizing it. I love the final episode too. Please receive each character’s feelings all the way to the end.

Uchiyama Koki (Misoye Yosuke)

Yosuke is a unique character with a wide emotional range and many different expressions, so voicing him was a major challenge for me. From episode one to the finale, I always gave everything I had in the recording booth. Please watch until the very end.

Ono Daisuke (Sakamoto Seiroku)

The final episode is titled “Toward the Desired Future” — and that is precisely the future Seiroku wished for from the bottom of his heart. Everything up to this point felt rewarded. It was a truly happy finale. Please watch it.

Takeuchi Shunsuke (Riku Kengo)

We’ve finally reached the finale. Right from the opening, Yosuke is in a stunning state. Someone who clings and fixates on something must look like that to those around them. When Kengo witnesses that frenzied love and devotion toward Seiroku, what will he think? Please enjoy the dynamic animation and the characters’ hearts. Until the end — Eureka Evrika!!!

Kotobuki Minako (Momokawa Noriko)

As a viewer myself, this show surprised and delighted me in the best possible ways so many times. I loved it so much that the cast would talk about it together between recording sessions. Noriko, too, is surely moving “toward the desired future” — as is everyone in this world. I hope you’ll watch over them warmly until the end.

Daichi Ha (Harashima Suzu)

When we were recording I kept thinking the broadcast was still so far away, but once it started, the whole cour flew by. I miss the live energy and gentle tension of those recording sessions, where we mostly recorded together all at once. Selfishly, I’d love to live just a little longer as Suzu inside this story. But the finale is here — I hope you enjoy it to the very end.

Kawaida Natsumi (Okura Kate)

The finale is here! Flying through the sky, playing in a band, clashing with each other — I was always excited wondering where this show would take us and how audiences would receive it. Please keep your eyes on every character who has appeared and witness the ending of this journey.

Urawa Ki (Yakura Yajiro)

The finale already — fun things always go by in a flash! Every week I found Kihachi and Inako’s expressive faces so endearing as they threw themselves into their inventions, and watching them grow by facing the people they meet and themselves gave me so much warmth. I’m happy to have been part of this world as the voice of Yajiro. Please watch the answer Kihachi and Inako arrive at, and the lives of everyone in this world, until the very end.

Hirakawa Daisuke (Masubuchi Izo)

A boy-meets-girl and boy-meets-boy story guided by electricity — and now the finale. This episode delivers KyoAni’s beautiful visuals alongside fresh character expressions that feel as though each person’s inner world is surfacing. Every staff member and cast member gave their all to this production. Please watch until the end. And I, for my part, intend to go on serving Yosuke-sama as Izo, forever and always.

Ienaka Hiroshi (Momokawa Jin’emon)

The finale is here — what will happen!? What becomes of the Electric Brain era that Kihachi challenged!? What does the world look like that the fierce Yosuke kept seeking!? How will the Electric Brocade that Inako poured her soul into turn out!? Staff and cast united, pouring their hearts into this finale — please look forward to it!! Naeko… I wonder what will become of my beloved daughters…

Takagaki Ayahi (Inari, Tome, and others)

I looked forward to receiving the script every week, and recording was always so much fun and stimulating. Beyond Tome and Inari, I was given the chance to voice young Yosuke and various other roles, with so many challenges — I was always leaning forward with enthusiasm, and I’m so glad I got to be part of this. The strength of each person’s feelings as they carry on the dreams of someone dear to them is dazzling. It was a story that made me laugh, cry, and feel hopeful. Please watch until the very end. With overflowing gratitude in my heart… until we meet again… Sainari!

Endo Aya (Misoye Saki)

This was a work brimming with the energy of wanting to create, wanting to make things happen — so brilliantly bright. That earnestness and drive is something I admire and envy. Please watch this dazzling story all the way through to the end.
