The manga adaptation of DARK MACHINE THE ANIMATION, drawn by Kei Kondō based on an original story by Project Carbuncle, began serialization today, September 25, simultaneously on COMIC Ruelle and COMIC Jardin, both published by Jitsugyo no Nihonsha.
The series is a comicalization of the upcoming TV anime DARK MACHINE THE ANIMATION, set to begin broadcasting on October 13. The story follows Kairi, a young protagonist determined to reach the top of the globally popular e-sport known as “Dark Machine.” The opening chapter, titled “Find Senki,” sees Kairi arrive in Golden Valley — Japan’s sole Dark Machine special economic zone — following the dying wish of his late grandfather, only to find himself caught up in unexpected trouble.
