About Paradox Live

Paradox Live is a hip-hop-themed multimedia franchise from Avex and GCREST that launched in November 2019. Set in the near future, the story follows rappers who wear accessories containing a mysterious metallic substance called Phantom Metal. When it reacts with a rapper’s DNA during a performance, it generates emotion-linked illusions, transforming concerts into breathtaking spectacles unlike anything seen before.

The TV anime series premiered on Tokyo MX in October 2023 and was simulcast internationally via Crunchyroll. The franchise also encompasses CDs, merchandise, and live concert events.
