The TV anime TANK CHAIR -Sensha Isu- (Tank Chair), based on the manga by Yashiro Manabu, has officially released its Episode 1 synopsis and a set of scene cuts ahead of its broadcast premiere.
Episode 1 Story
Taira Nagi was once regarded as the deadliest assassin alive — until he took a grievous injury shielding his younger sister, Taira Shizuka, leaving him in a vegetative state and confined to a wheelchair. His condition comes with a peculiar twist: he briefly regains consciousness whenever he is exposed to genuine killing intent directed at him.
Desperate to fully awaken her brother, Shizuka takes on work as a broker for assassination requests, dragging Nagi into one battlefield after another so that he can receive the killing intent his body craves.
