The entry gifts and theater merchandise lineup for the COWBOY BEBOP: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door 4K Remaster have been officially revealed. The film is set to screen at cinemas across Japan beginning October 30.
Three Waves of Entry Gifts
Attendees will be able to receive special gifts across three separate distribution periods:
- Wave 1 (from October 30) — A “advance-ticket-style design sheet,” available in 3 variants distributed at random (one per person).
- Wave 2 (from November 6) — A “positive-film-style clear sheet,” also available in 3 variants distributed at random (one per person).
- Wave 3 (from November 13) — A die-cut sticker.
Theater Merchandise
A wide range of merchandise will also be available for purchase at participating theaters. Highlights include items featuring the 25th anniversary commemorative visual for Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door, as well as a re-edited collector’s pamphlet — a newly compiled and restructured version of the original program booklet sold during the film’s theatrical run back in 2001.
Note on the Advance Screening Event
Fans should be aware that the special advance screening with stage greeting taking place on October 23 will not include the distribution of entry gifts or the sale of theater merchandise. Those wishing to receive the gifts or purchase goods should plan to attend a regular screening from October 30 onward.
