B-R Baskin-Robbins Japan has announced its annual Christmas campaign, “Happy ICE CREAM CHRISTMAS,” running from November 1 to December 25, 2026. This year’s lineup features three special collaboration ice cream cakes themed around Pokémon, Universal Studios Japan (USJ), and Sanrio Characters. Mobile order pre-booking opened on October 9.
Pokémon Christmas Ice Cream Cake — Celebrating 30 Years
Designed to resemble a Christmas gift box, the Pokémon Christmas Ice Cream Cake features a large whipped-cream ribbon at its center and chocolate plates depicting Pikachu and Eevee. Customers can also freely arrange character picks of Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Ditto to personalize the decoration. The cake’s film wrap and base board are printed with Pokémon and gift-wrap motifs, evoking festive wrapping paper. The ice cream flavors are the popular Popping Shower and Chocolate Chip combination.

Universal Studios Japan 25th Anniversary Palette 6
Marking USJ’s 25th anniversary, this collaboration cake is divided into six slices, each decorated with a chocolate piece featuring a different USJ character, capturing the park’s vibrant, energetic atmosphere. Additional character picks are included for extra decoration fun. Across the six slices, guests can enjoy a total of eight flavors drawn from Baskin-Robbins’ most beloved classics. The packaging — from the film wrap and base board to the dedicated box — is all exclusive limited-edition 25th-anniversary design.

Sanrio Characters Christmas Palette 6
The Sanrio Characters Christmas Palette 6 brings together six beloved Sanrio characters — Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, My Melody, Pompompurin, Kuromi, and Pochacco — all dressed as Santa Claus in sugar-candy decorations. The cake’s theme imagines the characters showering each other with a glittering White Christmas, rendered in soft pastel tones. The film and base board depict the characters exchanging gifts. The cake offers nine flavors across six slices.
