Story & Highlights

Twenty-year-old university student Fukuga Kurumi dives into the world of FX (foreign exchange margin trading) with one goal: to recover the ¥20 million her late mother lost in the market. Vowing to “easily win back those ¥20 million,” she teams up with three fellow investors — the cool and knowledgeable Kogane Mojiko, the easygoing Yamashi Mebuki who idolises Mojiko, and the sharp-tongued investment blogger Takane Yasuko, known online as “Afui-chan” — as they navigate the turbulent currency markets together.

A notable feature of the series is its unflinching portrayal of FX risk wrapped in comedy: each episode opens with a disclaimer that “FX is a high-risk product and losses may exceed your margin deposit,” a detail that generated significant buzz after the premiere. FX supervision is provided by FX VTuber Rion. The first episode also drew praise for Noto Mamiko‘s intense performance as Kurumi’s mother.
