Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment have announced a limited theatrical run for Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dear Friend (Seishun Buta Yarō wa Dear Friend no Yume o Minai) in the United States and Canada. The film will screen on February 21, 23, and 24 only. Crunchyroll has also released an English-subtitled trailer for the occasion.

The film is the latest entry in Hajime Kamoshida‘s Rascal Does Not Dream (Seishun Buta Yarō / Aobuta) franchise. Its title matches that of the 15th and final volume of the novel series, signaling that the story is heading toward its conclusion.

Bonus Story for First-Week Audiences

The story follows Sakuta, Mai, and Shoko after a shopping trip, with illustrations provided by Keeji Mizoguchi.
