The TV anime Black Clover 2nd Season has released the second entry in its “Most Fearsome Battle Visual” (最恐バトルビジュアル) series, a promotional initiative highlighting the show’s most intense combat moments. The series is based on the manga by Yuki Tabata, published in Shueisha’s Jump Comics.

Noelle Unleashes Saint Valkyrie Dress Against Vanica

The second visual centers on Noelle Silva as she prepares to strike down her sworn enemy, Vanica. The image is rendered from Vanica’s point of view, looking up at Noelle who has forged a contract with Undine and activated her ultimate form, Saint Valkyrie Dress (聖域・海神戦乙女の羽衣鎧), in a moment charged with the weight of revenge.

Supreme Devil Megicula Revealed — Voiced by Nozomi

Alongside the battle visual, the production has unveiled official character design sheets for Megicula, the supreme devil who emerges from the Gates of the Underworld. Megicula possesses Vanica Zogratis, one of the three rulers of the Spade Kingdom known as the Dark Triad (漆黒の三極性), and is said to be the root of all curses.

The role of Megicula is performed by voice actor Nozomi, who shared the following comment:

“When I was watching Season 1 at home, I never imagined I’d get the chance to play Megicula. I was so happy — I still remember gripping my recording schedule sheet tightly when I found out. Megicula is sharp and cunning, and I gave everything I had in the recording booth to convey that appeal to viewers. I hope the charm of Black Clover reaches as many people as possible.”
