The official YouTube channel for the BanG Dream! franchise has released a new trailer for the upcoming anime film project BanG Dream! Ave Mujica prima aurora. The trailer gives fans an early preview of Ave Mujica’s new song, “A Song of Romance.”

The film is scheduled to open in Japan on October 16.
Sequel TV Anime Announced for 2027
A sequel television anime series to BanG Dream! It’s MyGo!!!!!/Ave Mujica has also been announced, set to premiere in January 2027. The series will air on NTV and 29 affiliated channels across Japan.
BanG Dream! It’s MyGo!!!!! Background
BanG Dream! It’s MyGo!!!!! originally premiered in Japan on Tokyo MX and streaming service ABEMA in June 2023, launching with three episodes simultaneously. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired.
The anime was later adapted into two compilation films: Haru no Hidamari, Mayoi Neko (A Sunny Spot in Spring, A Stray Cat), which opened in September 2024, and Utau, Bokura ni Nareru Uta (Sing, the Song That Can Define Us), which followed in November 2024.

Bushiroad launched the BanG Dream! multimedia franchise in January 2015. The main television anime’s first 13-episode season premiered in January 2017, with BanG Dream! 3rd Season debuting in January 2020.
The franchise also encompasses the BanG Dream! FILM LIVE and BanG Dream! FILM LIVE 2nd Stage concert films, the two-part BanG Dream! Episode of Roselia films, and several web anime spinoff series.
