โปสการ์ดภาพอิลลัสเตรชันจาก MV เพลง ray ของ «超かぐや姫!» ของที่ระลึกผู้เข้าชมชุดที่ 5

The hit anime film Cho Kaguya-hime! has announced its 5th round of theater attendee bonuses: a set of “ray 超かぐや姫!Version” scene-illustration postcards vol.1 (A6 size, 6 random designs), available at Japanese screening venues from October 16 to 22.

Fan-Requested MV Art Finally in Your Hands

The postcards feature artwork drawn from the film’s ending theme MV, “ray 超かぐや姫!Version” — six of the MV’s twelve illustrations, depicting tender moments shared between Kaguya and Ayaha in a soft, delicate art style. Director Yamashita Seigo personally helmed the MV, which covers Kaguya and Ayaha’s childhood and an epilogue not seen in the main film. The video has surpassed 26 million views, and fans have long been vocal about wanting the MV illustrations turned into merchandise. This bonus finally answers that call.

A vol.2 postcard set will follow immediately, beginning distribution on October 23.

Distribution Rules

  • One postcard per ticket purchased (one per person per visit)
  • Designs are distributed at random; no selection or swapping allowed
  • Available at 4DX, SCREENX, and ULTRA 4DX screenings as well
  • Quantities are limited per venue; distribution ends when supplies run out
  • Non-commercial item — resale and reproduction are strictly prohibited

About Cho Kaguya-hime!

Cho Kaguya-hime! is an original feature-length anime that began streaming on Netflix on January 22, 2026, before opening in Japanese theaters on February 20. The story follows Sakayori Ayaha, a busy 17-year-old high-school student juggling studies and a part-time job. One day she discovers a rainbow-colored gaming utility pole and finds a baby inside, who rapidly grows into a girl her own age — the legendary Kaguya. At Kaguya’s insistence, Ayaha becomes her producer in the virtual world 〈Tsukuyomi〉, crafting music while Kaguya performs as a livestreamer — all while an ominous shadow draws closer to take Kaguya back to the moon.

The film was a major box-office success: by its initial run’s end on June 18, it had drawn 1.34 million admissions and grossed over ¥2.7 billion. A revival run with special formats launched September 18, adding roughly ¥600 million, pushing the cumulative gross past ¥3.3 billion.
