The TV anime adaptation of Dengeki Daisy (電撃デイジー) has been officially confirmed for a two-cour consecutive broadcast beginning in January 2027. Alongside the announcement, the production released the first key visual, the first main promotional video, and details on four additional cast members.

About the Series

Dengeki Daisy is based on the manga by Motomi Kyousuke, which ran in Shogakukan’s shojo manga magazine Betsucomi from 2007 to 2013 and has surpassed 5 million copies in worldwide circulation.

The story follows Kurebayashi Teru, a high school girl who lost her only family member — her older brother Souichirou. She finds solace in messages from a mysterious figure called “DAISY,” sent to the mobile phone her brother left her. After accidentally breaking a school window, Teru is made to work as a servant for the school custodian Kurosaki Tasuku — a rough-tongued man who, for reasons unknown, watches over her with quiet kindness. Their encounter sets Teru’s fate on an entirely new course.

The first key visual features protagonist Teru and Kurosaki alongside newly introduced characters: Kurebayashi Souichirou, Onizuka Riko, Masuda, and Akira. The first main PV also debuted, giving fans their first listen to the voices of these new characters.
