The TV anime FX Senshi Kurumi-chan has revealed its official key visual and visual PV. Alongside the visuals, three new cast members have been announced: Asami Seto, Ayasa Ito, and Miho Okasaki. The series is based on the manga by Demunyan and Tansan Daisuki, currently serialized in Monthly Comic Flapper (KADOKAWA).
Story
The series follows Kurumi Fukuga, a college student who dives into the world of FX (foreign exchange) trading in order to recover the 20 million yen her late mother lost. The story depicts Kurumi’s emotional rollercoaster as she reacts to every rise and fall of the market charts.

When I first read the original manga, I was struck by the combination of cute characters and FX trading. I expected the content to be toned down because of that contrast — but it turned out to be far more thrilling and dopamine-inducing than I imagined. I thought, this series is really going for it! Moeko is quite a tricky character, but I find her personal rules and the way she evaluates people endearing. Please look forward to a glimpse into these girls’ lives!
Ayasa Ito (as Mebuki Yamashi)
I started reading the manga with almost zero knowledge of FX. But before I knew it, I was being drawn deeper and deeper into this world, just like the characters themselves. Even without fully understanding it, you understand it — FX is a truly extraordinary world. Win or lose, euphoria or despair, it’s all on you. FX Senshi Kurumi-chan teaches us something important through the battles of these very cute girls. Please witness their courage!
Miho Okasaki (as Yasuko Takane)
I was hooked on the manga’s charm — and its terror — from the moment I auditioned, so I’m thrilled to be part of the anime alongside Yasuko. Watching these cute girls throw themselves into the mysterious world of FX, seeing how each of them fights, and wondering what fate awaits them — it’s impossible to look away. Yasuko is relatively the voice of reason, but she has plenty of scenes where she ends up screaming after much inner conflict, and I had a great time bringing those moments to life. The series is packed with financial jargon, so you might even find yourself warming up to FX just by watching — but remember, investing is your own responsibility…!
The TV anime FX Senshi Kurumi-chan is scheduled to begin broadcasting in October 2026.
