A special collaboration illustration has been released featuring two TV anime currently airing in the summer 2026 season: 攻殻機動隊 THE GHOST IN THE SHELL, based on the manga by Shirow Masamune, and 天幕のジャードゥーガル (Jādūgar of the Canopy), based on the original work by Tomato Soup.
Both series are produced by animation studio Science SARU and are currently airing simultaneously this summer. The collaboration illustration was drawn by Abel Gongora, the director of Jādūgar of the Canopy.
Episode Visual for Ghost in the Shell Episode 6
Alongside the collaboration artwork, an Episode Visual and scene cuts from Episode 6 of Ghost in the Shell, titled “DUMB BARTER”, have also been revealed.
The Episode Visual project extracts the concept and theme of each episode and invites various creators to produce a dedicated poster. The visual for Episode 6 was created by Mizuho Hayashi (maxilla).
