Anime Girls Band Cry (ガールズバンドクライ) has announced a collaboration event with Japanese bathing facility chain Rakukuya (楽久屋), running from October 26 to November 29, 2024 across all 12 Rakukuya locations nationwide.
Newly Drawn Artwork & Entry Bonus
The collaboration’s key visual was drawn exclusively by Toei Animation, depicting all five members of in-series band Togenashi Togeari (トゲナシトゲアリ) dressed in yukata, relaxing after a bath. Guests who pay the standard bathing admission fee during the event period will receive a sticker featuring this illustration.
Music Löyly — Sauna Sessions with Togenashi Togeari
One of the event’s standout features is a Music Löyly (ミュージックロウリュ) experience, where sauna and stone-spa (岩盤浴) users can enjoy heat waves while listening to Togenashi Togeari tracks. The featured songs are:
- 爆ぜて咲く (Hazete Saku)
- 空の箱 (Sora no Hako) — Nina/Momoka ver.
- 雑踏、僕らの街 (Zattō, Bokura no Machi)
The track played may vary by location and time slot, so visitors are encouraged to check each branch’s official X (Twitter) account for schedules. Sauna and stone-spa users will also receive a bonus sticker featuring chibi-style illustrations of the members wearing sauna hats and ponchos in their respective member colors, striking the iconic totonou (ととのう) pose.
Collaboration Merchandise
A range of collab goods will be sold in-store, including:
- Acrylic stands
- Can badges
- Keychains
- An omamori (good-luck charm) bearing the character “棘 (Toge)”
- Milk-bottle-shaped magnets
- Spa bags
Customers who spend ¥3,300 or more (tax included) on collab merchandise in-store will receive one randomly selected bonus illustration card from a set of 12 designs. Collab goods will also be available through the official online shop Chugaionline.
