The manga Gokumon Senpai no Ai ga Omoi: Intelligence na Kare no Rikai Shigatai Stalker Kōi launched its serialization on MangaBox on September 9. The series is drawn by Sho Saiki (犀木翔) and is based on an original story by Kibikage Wabihara (木陰侘原).
Synopsis
College student Komachi has come to tolerate — and even accept — the stalking behavior of Gokumon Masamune, a young yakuza boss who also happens to be her university upperclassman. Gokumon wiretaps her conversations, monitors her around the clock via hidden cameras, and lets himself into her apartment without permission — though he does clean it while he’s there, and delivers delicious meals whenever she mentions being hungry.
On top of all this, Gokumon offers Komachi a substantial sum of money in exchange for her tolerance of his stalking. Having cut ties with her family and supporting herself through school entirely on her own, Komachi tries her best not to rely on his payments — yet somewhere along the way, she finds herself growing strangely accustomed to a life lived under his watchful eye.
The series explores the peculiar business arrangement between a stalker and his so-called victim, where the line between unsettling and oddly comforting grows harder to define with every chapter.
